If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed and charged in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways, including PayTabs. We do not store or have access to full card details.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Delivery Policy.
Delivery Attempts
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, additional delivery attempts may be arranged where possible. Blue Hippo reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be successfully delivered after reasonable attempts.
