Cancellation Policy

Blue Hippo is operated by KASL Cosmetics LLC, registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt. We are committed to providing a clear and fair experience for our customers.

Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed once full payment has been successfully received. Payments are processed securely through encrypted payment gateways, including PayTabs. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed and payment is completed.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you. Once cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellation (After Shipment)
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, the Return & Refund Policy will apply. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details regarding eligibility, timelines, and conditions.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
