Business Days
Our official business days are Sunday to Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, and official holidays in Egypt are non-working days for our team and shipping partners.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During launch periods or high-demand moments, processing times may extend slightly. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within Egypt through trusted third-party courier services to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery is usually completed within 1–3 business days in major cities, and slightly longer for other areas. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
Delivery Address & Receipt
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. A signature may be required upon delivery to confirm receipt. The signature of any person present at the delivery address will be considered valid proof of delivery.
If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt. Delivery attempts are limited, and orders not successfully delivered within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled.

If you have an urgent order, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist where possible.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details. Any special delivery arrangements will be communicated clearly before order confirmation.
Delays
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier operations, weather conditions, or public holidays. Blue Hippo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
